Loom is in storage at The Rogers Historical Museum inRogers, Arkansas

At Left: Wide view of front left side of loom. The brake system consists of a brake stick in the warp beam and a wooden pawl and ratchet on the cloth beam. The rocker is kept in place on the base of the loom with metal rocker strips.

This loom was donated to the Rogers Historical Museum by Helen Crudup Parret. At this time few background details are available on the loom or the family; however, it is known that Helen recieved the loom from her grandmother, who lived just west of Crosses Arkansas, and that her great grandmother had learned to weave on the loom.
