This loom was discovered in an abandon chicken factory; possibly taken as partial payment for a debt. It looks to be in excellent condition and has several unusual features: 1) one-of-a-kind cloth beam brake system, featuring a wooden take-up screw (see top-down photo of screw and interface device); and 2) 7-hole platform with rocker. Rockers/platforms usually have no more than 4 pegs/holes, but what is even more unusual, is that a second, almost identical loom, was found in the same county, less than 20 miles away (see loom # 57).
